Journalists and photographic reporters are accredited directly at the Press Center of the fair. Such accreditation cannot be performed early on the Internet.

For websites, blogs, and portals, the individual’s name must be in the masthead or in the “Who we are” area, which may be consulted at the same time by the accreditation team.
Freelancers and collaborators without fixed relationship with the media outlet must ask the editor in charge to send an e-mail in advance to the Official Press Office requesting the accreditation on their behalf.
For any situation beyond the cases mentioned above, the interested person must apply for accreditation in advance to the Official Press Office and send an e-mail (please refer to the corresponding contact) with the following information:
- Professional’s name:
- ID card:
- Position they hold in the media outlet:
- Electronic address of the website/blog/social profile that enables checking.
After analyzing the application, the press office will send back an e-mail authorizing or not such accreditation.
